To me continued effort is the same as perseverance. I have written about the importance of perseverance in other places, but the subject is so important that it deserves expansion.

Before the continued effort, or even hand in hand, with continued effort is another part of the equation and that is determination. When we are determined to reach certain set goals or unlocking our potential, we are more likely to take the action that is needed.

We need the determination, as this is the inner activity needed. Determination is a choice, and we can only do that inside ourselves. Once we have chosen and determined what we want, the efforts that are needed continuously will become much lighter. It will be easier to overcome the obstacles that most likely will come in our path. read more »
