Gratitude Is Attitude

Choose an attitude of gratitude and your life will be rich. Choose an attitude of gratitude when setting goals. Choose an attitude of gratitude when reaching your goals.

All religions, all cultures teach gratitude. Why do we have to be taught? It should be obvious to be grateful.

What is there to be grateful for, when my life stinks? you may say.

Well, maybe your life stinks because you are not grateful for what you do have. And believe me, if you are able to read this you truly have a lot to be grateful for:

1.     You know how to read
2.    You have your own computer
3.    You have electricity
If you have the three above, then, I am sure, you also have
4.    Food on your table
5.    A roof over your head
6.    Someone who cares about you (at least one - me)
7.    You woke up this morning
8.    You have a place to sleep
9.    You have clothes on your back and front (and probably quite a bit more in the cupboard)
10   You are breathing

Try this. Before you go to bed tonight, say a few gratitudes, and include a gratitude for your goal, seeing yourself having it. When you wake up tomorrow, before getting out of bed, say some gratitude such as: I am grateful for a good night’s sleep, for breathing, for waking up, for the sun shining (it does, even when it’s pouring with rain), for the rain that is nourishing the earth  and so on.

Do you think your day may be a little different?
List at least 10 things your are grateful for NOW (and none of those above).
Gratitude is Attitude. LIfe is attitude. Reaching your goal is attitude. Come dance the dance of gratitude.

Here is something that may help you change to positive attitude
